The organizers of the Trofeo Alfredo Binda slightly adjusted the course after snowfall made the roads near the first climb too slippery to race safely. From kilometer 25.3 to 39.8, the riders took an alternative route before rejoining the original course. The finale in and around Cittiglio remained unchanged.
