De nieuwe vrouwenploeg van EF Education-Cannondale heeft zich voor 2024 versterkt met Lizzie Stannard. De 26-jarige renster uit Australië komt over van Israel-Premier Tech Roland, waarvoor ze sinds april uitkomt. De afgelopen twee jaar kwam Stannard uit voor Valcar, waarna ze begin dit jaar overstapte naar het inmiddels ter ziele gegane Zaaf.

Stannard wist dit seizoen onder meer tweede te worden in een etappe in de Ruta del Sol, terwijl ze in de ReVolta (de vrouwenkoers van de Ronde van Catalonië) als tiende finishte.
