De eerste geruchten voor de transfermarkt voor het seizoen 2024 komen al op gang. Zo wordt Carlos Verona door La Gazzetta dello Sport gelinkt aan INEOS Grenadiers. De Spanjaard beschikt over een aflopend contract bij Movistar, waar hij de laatste vijf jaar voor uitkwam. INEOS zou een serieuze optie zijn voor Verona voor 2024.
